The Department of Arabic was established with the inception of the UCW, Koti. The Department offers Classical Language Arabic for B.A. students and Second Language Arabic for the students of B.A., B.Com, and B.Sc. The Department has enjoyed the marvelous services of distinguished and exemplary teacherslike, Pro. MaherUnnisa, Prof. Syed Sultan Mohiuddin, Prof. Wajahtunnisa and Prof. Ibrahim Nadwi who endowed theirlives to develop the Department. The Department has produced many talented students who pursued their higher studies like M.Phil and Ph.D. through this stream and proved their ability at educational institutions and as translators in multi-national companies also.
